Valdichiana has many typical products, we’d like to remind Chianina steak, olive oil, wine, pumpkin, all Doc. marked products.

– Crostini neri: server as appetizer to spread on the bread, made of herbs, capers, anchovies and grounded local veal meat.
– Pici: thick spaghetti made of water, flour and salt.
– Porchetta: wood oven cooked pig with salt, pepper, fennel, garlic and liver to flavor it.
– Ciambellini: typical easter’s cookie with egg, flour, shugar and yeast. Taste it with sweet wine.
– Bistecca: typical main course made of grilled veal meat of Chianina breed.
